The Vietnam Coffee – Cocoa Association (VICOFA) is pleased to extend to your esteemed organization an invitation to participate in the Viet Nam International Coffee Outlook 2026 (VICO 2026).
Event Information:
- Date: 16-17 November, 2026;
- Venue: New World Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam;

VICO 2026 will focus on the most pressing issues in the coffee industry, including:
- Session 1: Global Outlook – New Regulations, Opportunities, and Global Market Trends;

- Session 3: Technology as the Key Driver for Breakthroughs in Vietnam’s Coffee Industry;

In addition, VICO 2026 will feature site visits to green, sustainable production models and modern processing facilities:
- Intimex Group’s Instant Coffee Factory (Binh Duong), Ho Chi Minh City: Afternoon of 17 November, 2026;
- Coffee-growing areas, green coffee processing plant, and roasted coffee factory in Gia Lai of Vinh Hiep Co., Ltd.: 17–19 November, 2026.

Hiệp hội Cà phê – Ca cao Việt Nam (VICOFA) trân trọng thông báo tới Quý Đơn vị chương trình Hội nghị Quốc tế ngành Cà phê Việt Nam – Viet Nam International Coffee Outlook 2026 (VICO 2026).
Thông tin Hội nghị:
- Thời gian Hội nghị: Ngày 16 – 17 tháng 11 năm 2026;
- Địa điểm: New World Saigon Hotel, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
- Chủ đề: “Ngành cà phê hôm nay và những hướng đi mới” – “Current Trends in the Coffee Industry and Future Directions”.
VICO 2026 sẽ tập trung vào những vấn đề của ngành cà phê đang được quan tâm:
- Phiên 1: Bối cảnh toàn cầu, các quy định mới, cơ hội và xu hướng thị trường thế giới;
- Phiên 2: Chất lượng và giá trị gia tăng của ngành cà phê Việt Nam;
- Phiên 3: Công nghệ là chìa khóa bứt phá ngành cà phê Việt Nam;
- Phiên 4: Biến đổi khí hậu, Áp lực đất đai và Tài chính nông hộ;
- Phiên 5: Tương lai ngành cà phê và vai trò của các quốc gia sản xuất;
- Phiên đặc biệt: Vinh danh các đối tác đồng hành, tài trợ cùng VICOFA.
VICO 2026 tổ chức chương trình tham quan mô hình sản xuất xanh, bền vững và nhà máy chế biến hiện đại:
- Nhà máy cà phê Hòa tan (Bình Dương) thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Tập đoàn Intimex: Chiều ngày 17/11;
- Vùng trồng cà phê, Nhà máy chế biến cà phê nhân và Nhà máy cà phê rang xay tại Gia Lai, Công ty TNHH Vĩnh Hiệp: Ngày 17-19/11/2026.
